PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Base Village Metropolitan District No. 2 of the County of Pitkin, State of Colorado, shall be held on Thursday October 29, 2026 at 9:00am MST. The online video conference site will be held at the following online location: https://www.gotomeet.me/Wolfersberger. At this meeting, it is anticipated that the Board will make a final determination to issue and refund general obligation indebtedness. Specifically, the District will consider adoption of a resolution authorizing the issuance of Limited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2026 in the principal amount not to exceed $48,500,000 for the purpose of refunding the District's existing general obligation indebtedness and reimbursing certain litigation and settlement expenses related to reducing the refunding obligation. The Board will also take up such other business as may be before the Board. The meeting is open to the public, and the agenda for the meeting is attached hereto. Pursuant to the provisions of the Supplemental Public Securities Act, one or more members of the Board may participate in this meeting and may vote on the foregoing matters through the use of a conference telephone or other telecommunications device. |
